House of Pale
American Pale Ale
Taking an old school malt approach to the classic style West Coast Pale Ale, and adding some new school hops for additional aroma and flavor. This beer pours a deep amber color from the use of pale malt, Munich malt, and a mild crystal malt; creating a solid malt flavor, with a touch of sweetness, finishing crisp and clean. We decided to throw out the boil hops, and move them all to a large whirlpool addition creating a unique flavor profile. A large dry hop of Equinox, Simcoe, and Mandarina Bavaria were chosen to create a bold grapefruit, sweet orange peel, melon and berry aroma and flavor.
